You upload it once, and InvoRec holds every future invoice from that vendor to the rates, caps, and terms it contains. You can also skip the upload and enter the agreed pricing manually instead.

Five flagged types: rate mismatch (billed above the agreed unit price), overcharge (line total exceeds what the agreed pricing allows), cap exceeded (billed beyond an agreed limit, like a detention-hours cap), duplicate (the same charge billed more than once), and unexpected fee (a charge with no matching term in your reference). Each flagged line shows the invoice line, the expected vs billed amounts, the variance, and a confidence score.

If you'd rather not share a contract for confidentiality reasons, manual entry gives you the full audit without uploading the document itself. Manual entry is also free — uploading a reference costs 1 credit per page to analyze, while manual entry costs nothing.

Every line. InvoRec first extracts the invoice down to individual line items — quantities, unit prices, and totals — then audits each one against your reference document. Overcharges usually hide in the detail, not the header total, so line-level checking is the whole point.

PDF invoices, scanned paper invoices, and phone photos all work — even slightly skewed or imperfectly lit ones, as long as the text is legible. Reference documents can be uploaded as PDFs too. InvoRec also handles invoices in multiple languages.

Yes. Extraction is the foundation the audit sits on, and you get the structured data either way — export to Google Sheets, Excel (.xlsx), or CSV, flagged discrepancies included.

On EU-based servers, with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Your original uploaded files — invoices and reference documents — are deleted from storage immediately after extraction; we keep only the structured data we extract, never the original files. Your invoices and contracts are processed to run the audit, but never used to train AI models.

One credit extracts one invoice page. Running an audit on the extracted data costs 5 credits. A reference document costs 1 credit per page to analyze, or nothing if you enter pricing manually — and once set up, it's reused across every invoice you audit against it. Top-up credits never expire; subscription credits reset each cycle.

An audit costs 5 credits — roughly the price of reading a few invoice pages. For that, InvoRec checks every line of an invoice against your reference document and tells you exactly what doesn't match: the line, the expected amount, what you were billed, the variance, and how confident it is. A single caught overcharge is usually worth far more than the credits the audit costs. And because your reference document is reused, every invoice after the first is just its pages plus 5 credits to audit.

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Subscription credits expire each cycle, but top-up credits never expire.
